The Beautiful Pool View Room had a stylish design and was like a quality hotel. I received many water bottles during the room cleaning. This was helpful..

wristband confusion
Check-in involved confusion around the wristbands I got. I received purple bands. These bands differed from what most guests had. Staff questioned me repeatedly throughout the day about them. One staff member was rude and treated me like I did not belong. It was not good.

i had the most amazing time here. all the pools were super clean and inviting. the main restaurant had a fantastic selection of food every day. the rooms were spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly!
our check-in had some confusion around wristbands. one staff member was quite rude. my wife got a stomach bug that affected our holiday experience

I found the waiters to be very attentive. They engaged with my group and remembered our names. The resort is beautiful and boasts many clean, well-kept pools. I also had a massage at the spa, costing just £35.
I wish the hotel offered quicker solutions. When I arrived, my room key didn't work. I had to return to reception and wait for the door to be fixed, inconvenient after a long day.
